Lakeviews is located on a lake in Tirana. By making the building slope and fold into the site, each house has maximum views of the city skyline and surrounding mountains.
The end houses have full-width terraces with sunken planters, providing greenery and shade.
The buildings are made of concrete and meet seismic class 8.
